Noodler's Luxury Blue. I, too, am a fan of the old Parker Penman Sapphire Blue, and this is as close as I can get in a bulletproof ink. Second choice, somewhat bulletproof, is the Pilot/Namiki blue cartridge in the Namiki Falcon pen. It's one of my 3 starts every time pens, the other two being pretty much any Pelikan classical design, and the very inexpensive, very reliable Pilot 78G.

I am new to FP's, ink etc. and so far using Waterman FB. I got a dozen samples from Pear Tree and like PR DCSS and Electric best of the blues. I got Sherwood and Spearmint and found them too dark/light to suit me. I mixed the two getting about a 1:1 mix and found it just right and REALLY nicer than either one alone.

I am not a big fan of greens. I tend to go for darker shades, particularly colours with grey tint. From this group, I liked Prussian Blue, Majestic Blue best BUT I also liked Mediterranean Blue as well!

I vote blue-black. Ever since I found a blue-black shade in a pen one time, I have been hooked on it. Lovely color and you can get away with writing with it for more formal applications. Like pop-essays at school.

My favorites, in no particular order:

Noodler's Ottoman Azure, a nice bright blue ink reminiscent of the color of Iznik tiles.

Noodler's Legal Lapis, my favorite bulletproof ink, which is much greener than the name implies. I always have a pen inked with it with me.

Noodler's Navy, a very well-behaved ink and a nice color, also greener than the name implies. Of the colors you show,it's closest to Diamine Blue-Black.

Private Reserve Blue Suede, the closest ink I've found to my favorite color, but it does take a while to dry so it's not always practical. I keep a matching pen inked up with it though.

I agree with Joe on the Navajo Turquoise, one of may favorite all-time colors. Baystate blue is a great, electric, eye-popping blue, but at the expense of staining my feed and converter. Noodler's Blue-Black is great, too. It is a wonderful seller at our store.
I have PR Tropical Blue loaded right now, which is nice and bright like the Navajo Turq, but doesn't have the same green content that made Navajo a more richer-looking ink.

Right now, I'm partial to Diamine China Blue.

I was very fond of the old Parker Penman Saphire. However, they don't make that anymore (for good reason). The Diamine Mediterranean Blue is close to it.

The China Blue is more "matte" to me, which I like. That said, I tend to fall into moods.

Blue is by far my favorite color of ink. For signatures on official documents, I almost always go to PR American Blue, or as I call it American "flag" blue. It's a lovely color but the ink is prone to feathering on lots of papers. For brain-storming and journaling, a nice turquoise like Noodler's Navajo Turquoise or PR Naples Blue seem to stimulate creativity. Waterman Florida Blue is a trusted go-to ink for daily to-do lists. I look forward to trying some of the Diamine inks you've featured on your site.

As for Greens, I've yet to find a green ink that I like for regular use. PR Sherwood Green is a nice color, but takes far too long to dry.

I prefer bright blues, so when I want blue, I always reach for my Pilot Varsity filled with Noodler's Baystate Blue. Since there are reported risks of it messing with many fountain pens, I only use it in the "disposable" pen.

I think it's because of the "Business-appropriate" tone of blue inks. the entire 5th row and most of the 4th are business-appropriate blues, and I daresay the entire 2nd row would be acceptable as well.
That was originally my big draw to fountain pen inks, the sheer amount of colors available and useable in them, and the fact that you can change which color they put out just by switching the ink(something you just -cannot- do in regular pens).
My chosen color would be the O Emerald. Dark enough to be serious, but still nice and greeny.
