Rhodia Big Book Little Book - How would You use these?

032309 008

If I was a child, I would have LOVED to get my hands on either of these. The small book for secrets, the big book for rainy days and filling in the blocks.

Here's an idea for the big book:

The smallest Staple Bound Rhodia Pad.

Rhodia Pad No. 10 (2" x 3")f/ $1.80

• 2 x 3 inches
• Micro-perforated
• 160 pages (80 sheets)
• Top Staple Bound
• 80 g Extra White Paper
• Graph or Lined Paper
• Black or Orange Cover

The largest Staple Bound Rhodia Pad.

Rhodia Pad No. 38 (16.5" x 12.5") f/ $18.50

• 16.5 x 12.5 inches
• Top Staple Bound
• 160 pages (80 sheets)
• Graph Paper
• 80 g Extra White Paper
• Micro-perforated
• Orange Cover

Both sizes and many in between available at The Vickery.

Wow, I've never bought one of those staple bound pads, but I like the idea of using the big one almost like a desk blotter, so I'd always have nice paper to doodle on.

Yes - a desk blotter is a great idea. The cover folds back perfectly...

Wow - that large pad is amazing! My wife would shoot me if I brought that home. :)

Staple a bunch of pages together for a tablecloth? :) I can't NOT doodle when I'm on the phone. I have paisley patterns all over stuff that gets near me when I'm talking. If I just covered the table I could replace it when it was full - which would be really quickly for me.

Hmm, I might have to pick up the big one. I already have form factors I like in Rhodia for small sizes.

The big guy looks pretty handy for sketching out home remodeling projects. My wife would like one or two of these.

I would totally love the big book. Sometimes, at the end of a course, or while thinking out a big paper or project, I map out my ideas. I have a large sketch pad for this - but I really like Rhodia paper, so even better.

I have the little book with the faux-leather orange cover. Very cute. I tend to use it for info that I need to rip out and carry with me or give to people - phone numbers, web addresses, library call numbers, etc.

I wanna just call it...Monsieur Grande. Makes me laugh! Imagine the mindmap you could get on there after juicing up on a few cups a'joe.
